Caustic leaching is used to remove unwanted ceramic material typically from casting processes.

Applications

This can range from cores used for generating internal features or shell media on investment casting. WR Metal Finishing has several process set-ups that can process parts ranging from grams to 3,000 kg enabling us to support a wide range of applications through removing a variety of ceramic materials to allow the substrate to be recycled.
